Chikmagalur Spiritual Circuit (3 Days / 2 Nights)

After arrival at Chikmagalur, proceed on a scenic drive towards Sringeri, passing through lush forests, coffee plantations and hill roads. On arrival, visit the revered Sri Sharadamba Temple, one of the four Advaita Peethas established by Adi Shankaracharya. Continue to the Sri Vidyashankara Temple, renowned for its blend of Hoysala, Dravidian and Vijayanagara architecture. Spend some quiet time along the banks of the Tunga River, known for its spiritual significance and tranquil atmosphere. Check in to the hotel at Sringeri. Evening free for darshan and relaxation. Dinner and overnight stay at Sringeri.

After breakfast, check out and drive towards Hornadu, nestled deep within the Western Ghats. Visit the famous Sri Annapoorneshwari Temple, dedicated to the goddess of nourishment. Devotees can also partake in the temple’s annadana, where Prasadam are served to all visitors. Later, continue the drive to Kalasa, a calm temple town surrounded by hills and rivers. Visit the ancient Kalaseshwara Temple, associated with Lord Shiva and the legend of the Kalasha brought by sage Agastya. Check in to the hotel at Kalasa. Evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at Kalasa.

After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Rani Jhari (Rani Falls), a seasonal waterfall located amidst dense forest landscapes. Enjoy the serene surroundings and short nature walks near the viewpoint (subject to weather and accessibility). Later, drive back to Chikmagalur, enjoying scenic en-route views of coffee estates and hill valleys. Arrival at Chikmagalur marks the end of the tour with spiritual fulfilment and peaceful memories.
