Itinerary
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station and drive to Gangtok, enjoying scenic views of the Teesta River valley en route. After check-in, spend the evening at MG Marg, Gangtok’s clean and vibrant promenade lined with cafés, local shops and Himalayan vibes.
Overnight: Gangtok
After breakfast, head for a full-day excursion to the famous Tsomgo (Changu) Lake, a glacial lake surrounded by snow-capped mountains (seasonal). Continue towards Nathula Pass (subject to permits, weather and army regulations). Return to Gangtok and cover city viewpoints such as Hanuman Tok, Ganesh Tok, Banjhakri Falls / Bakthang Falls (as per route), and Tashi View Point for stunning valley panoramas.

After breakfast, explore the cultural side of Gangtok with visits to popular monasteries and local attractions such as Rumtek Monastery, Enchey Monastery, Do Drul Chorten, and the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology (as per time). Enjoy free time in the evening for shopping and café hopping at MG Marg.

Post breakfast, drive towards South Sikkim covering Ravangla, known for its peaceful mountain landscapes. Visit Buddha Park (Tathagata Tsal) for its giant Buddha statue and gardens. Continue to Namchi and check in. Evening free for rest and local market walk.

After breakfast, visit Namchi’s top spiritual attractions including Samdruptse Hill (the giant Guru Padmasambhava statue) and Char Dham (Siddhesvara Dham). Later proceed to Darjeeling, the “Queen of the Hills,” famous for tea gardens and colonial charm. Check-in and enjoy a relaxed evening at Mall Road / Chowrasta.

Start early for Tiger Hill sunrise (weather permitting) with en-route visits to Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. Later cover Darjeeling’s key attractions like the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI), Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (time permitting), and a Tea Garden visit. Evening free for shopping at Mall Road and enjoying local cafés.
